These general conditions of sale govern the relations that exist between Soap by Bea-Uty and any person using the site www.beauty-soap.com to place an order.

The fact of placing an order constitutes full adherence and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale, of the prices and descriptions of the products offered. We reserve the right to modify them.

1.ORDERS
By placing an order via our site, this entails the buyer's acceptance of these T & Cs. Only adults can contract. As soon as the order is placed, the buyer receives a confirmation email with the details of the order. The products presented on the site are likely to undergo modifications. The photos of articles presented are not contractual. The products offered for sale on the site are in principle available, while stocks last. Products not available are indicated on the site and we can inform them of their new availability either via the site or by email on request. In the event of temporary or definitive unavailability of a product, we undertake to inform the customer as soon as possible. We also reserve the right to cancel / refuse an order that we deem to be abnormal.
2. PRICE
The prices mentioned on this site are in Euros all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. Our prices may vary during the year but the price applied to the buyer is the price indicated on our site at the time of his order.
3. PAYMENT
Payment is made in advance by PayPal or bank transfer to the Soap by Bea-Uty account indicated in the confirmation email. Upon receipt of said transfer, you will receive a 2nd email indicating that the order is complete, ie it is ready to be shipped.
4. DELIVERY
Delivery is made from Belgium, by Bpost, in standard service or Mondial Relay to an address in Belgium that the buyer clearly mentions when ordering. We decline all responsibility in the event of a strike by the Post Office or the transport services, or in the event of force majeure. It is always possible to make contact beforehand by email in order to check the amount of the delivery costs and / or to consider another means of transport. 4.bis TRANSPORTATION The products travel at the risk and peril of the recipient regardless of the mode of transport. The recipient must check the condition of the products at the time of receipt and possibly, if necessary, make reservations with the carrier by confirming the complaint by registered letter within three working days and notify us in writing within five days. follow the delivery. 5. RETURNS - REFUND
In the context of distance selling, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons, nor to pay penalties. The period starts from receipt of the order. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Soap by Bea-Uty will return to the customer all the sums paid for the soaps (except the value of the shipping costs of sending the package) within 30 days of the exercise of the right to retract. For any withdrawal, please contact us using the contact form. The refund will be made on the condition that the product is returned in perfect original condition and in its original packaging. If the product is returned to us because of our responsibility, the return costs (in standard postal service) will also be reimbursed to the buyer.
6. SITE - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The www.beauty-soap.com site is the property of Soap by Bea-Uty, which is the publisher. The site is hosted by Wix. The content of our site may therefore not be copied or used for purposes other than private use. This site is intended to be as complete and explanatory as possible, however we decline all responsibility for any damage (direct or indirect) caused by access or not access to this information.
7. JURISDICTION
This contract is subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Tribunal pour Ninove (Vredegerechten Oost-Vlaanderen) has sole jurisdiction.
8. PRIVATE PROTECTION
The buyer has the right at any time to withdraw, modify or access his data on request to Soap by Bea-Uty (by email via our contact page). The buyer's contact details (name, billing and delivery addresses, telephone and email) will in no case be communicated to third parties and are used only to honor the sales contract.
